How much Hard Drive space do I get with my account?

You get 100MB of drive space with your account. If you need more, you can add in 100MB increments for $5/mo. per 100MB.

How many Email accounts do I get with my account?

We give you 15 Email accounts. You can get more by adding an email account for $1.00/mo.

Can I send email through your servers?

No. Email SMTP services are provided by your local ISP, we do not provide such services for security and spam issues.

Can I password protect my directories?

Yes! It's easy as using our Control Panel to manage your password databases.

I don't know how to use PHP or CGI or anything. Do you have scripts that I can use for things like mail forms?

Yes! We provide a selection of common scripts people use for their websites. You don't need to know how to program to use them.

How much data can I transfer on my website?

You get 5 GB (gigabytes) of transfer with your account. If you don't know what that is, it's alot!

Will I know if I go over my transfer limit, and what happens if I do?

Your transfer statistics are available in your Control Panel, and are updated every 24 hours. If you go over your limit, you will be automatically billed $2.50 for every GB of extra transfer you do. This is a lower than industry-standard price! Most people don't go over their limit at all.

How many domains can I host in my account?

Depending on the plan you chose. Please refer to your plan details.

Is there any prevention for people linking to my files and wasting my bandwidth?

Yes! This is called hotlink protection, and is available free with your account. You simply need to turn it on if you want to use it!

Do you support SSL?

At this time, we do not support SSL. We have chosen to not support it as it tends to be less stable on the servers than regular Web services. We want your Web services to be at running 100% efficiency!

Can I telnet/SSH into my account?

We do not offer telnet or SSH services, due to the many security issues involved.

Can I have databases in my account?

Yes! We support MySQL databases. You can also manage your data through our online database manager!

Do you support PHP and Perl?

Yes! PHP 4 and Perl 5 is installed standard on all of our servers.
